A personalized meditation for every moment of your day

Every day is different. So are your needs. Lunema is a guided meditation app that adapts to how you feel right now: no fixed program, no generic sessions. Each meditation is built for you, in the moment, based on what you are really feeling — to sleep better, ease stress or regain focus.

Sessions were designed by a certified hypnotherapist trained at the University of Sussex, drawing on techniques from mindfulness, guided relaxation and positive psychology.

Truly made to measure

Every time you open it, Lunema asks how you feel. Stressed, tired, calm? Your answer guides the creation of a session adapted to your current emotion — duration, pacing, technique.

Anchored recall: 5 minutes to find calm again

After a full session, generate a 5-minute micro-session that recalls the state of calm you reached. Fast access to anchored well-being, whenever you need it most.

Gentle wake-up

Save a recall session as your alarm sound. No more jarring alarms: start each morning with a made-to-measure meditation, before your feet even touch the floor.

🌙 How it works

Your meditation session, ready in seconds

When you open the app, Lunema invites you to check in: how are you feeling? In a few seconds, your answer guides the creation of a made-to-measure audio session.

You choose the duration (10, 15 or 20 minutes) and the approach: work on an emotion, prepare for a specific situation — an interview, a conflict, a night of restful sleep — or simply treat yourself to deep relaxation. Lunema composes your session: recorded human voice, adapted structure, pacing calibrated to your state.

✦ Frequently asked questions

Personalized meditation: your questions

What is a personalized meditation?

A personalized meditation is a guided session created specifically for your emotional state at a given moment, rather than picked from a catalog of identical sessions. In Lunema, you describe how you feel — stressed, tired, anxious, calm — and the app composes a made-to-measure audio session: technique, pacing, duration and wording adapted to what you are feeling right now.

Does meditation help you sleep better?

Yes. Guided meditation before bed slows your breathing rhythm, reduces mental rumination and makes it easier to fall asleep. Lunema offers a sleep preparation mode: a calm, slow-voiced session designed to accompany the transition to sleep. You choose the duration — 10, 15 or 20 minutes — to fit your evening.

How can I wake up gently with a meditation?

Lunema lets you save a recall session as your alarm sound on your Android phone. Instead of a jarring alarm, you wake up to a soft-voiced personalized guided meditation that recalls the calm state of your previous sessions. A progressive, soothing wake-up, before your feet even touch the floor.

How long should I meditate each day?

A few minutes a day is enough to feel the benefits, as long as you are consistent. Lunema offers full sessions of 10, 15 or 20 minutes, plus 5-minute recall micro-sessions for busy days. Built-in progress tracking helps you anchor the practice into your routine.

What is the anchored recall?

The anchored recall is a micro-session of about 5 minutes, generated after a full session. It recalls the calm state you reached during that session, using anchoring techniques from hypnotherapy. Listen to it anytime — before a meeting, on your commute — or set it as your wake-up alarm.

Is Lunema free? What languages does it support?

Lunema is free to download on Google Play. The app is currently available in French only, with an authentic recorded French-speaking human voice. More languages are planned.
